A: Even before considering this question, please be aware that if your storing something that is not going to be used very much and stored for long periods of time, then it's fine, but if something that has any real weight or going in and out of the case and handled frequently, I would buy something better, as others have stated its a VERY light duty case. More of a dust cover than a serious case. I sent it back the day I got it.

A: Yes, the dimensions are for a folded tripod. It looks like your tripod is 23 or less when folded. Mine is 25 when folded and it holds it comfortably (26 might be too long). It is a good case.

I needed a bag to transport umbrella and stand. The Ruggard case does the job nicely. It's well-made with thick material, nice zippers and a well-placed outside pocket. The sling/handle arrangement makes it easy to tote. The only thing economy about this case is its price. 5

I use this for my standard length Kessler pocket dolly. It's not as padded as I'd like it to be for this use, but it is how it's described and is an afforable quick alternative. 5

One reason I liked the case, it was more or less a non-discripte case so I feel baggage people would be less likely to snoop. It is very well made! The only thing I would have liked to see, maybe would be a adjustable, detachable carring strap. The handles were very well made and well secured. A very good product for the price!! 5

We needed a bag that would us allow to carry our small tripod a long distance. And the Ruggard Tripod case was perfect for the job. The long strap and reinforced end really came through for us. It allowed us to strap the tripod over our shoulder for easy carry and access. Our videographer was able to carry it the entire day as we treked around every corner of a very popular large theme park. It is classy looking too. The stitiching held up to a lot of rigourous use. 5

I ordered this case for transporting my 3' slider and it works perfectly. It has a little bit of padding, just enough to protect my slider, and the price was just right. It also has a nice zippered pocket on the side. 5
