Q: 1. The Pivot thing on the middle bottom in picture #1. Does that part have a name? I need a replacement for my Gopro mount. I do not like the long arm.

A: Unfortunately, these parts are not listed for individual sale. It seems that GoPro only has the entire kit available.Fear not, there is a growing support industry providing GoPro replacement parts. In may instances these are made of aluminium for durability. You might look at this B&H catalog listing of parts for GoPro mounts.http://bhpho.to/1IcsrlpMore specific to your request, please consider the attachment set below. I believe it has the part you wish.

Q: 2. what material is this made of, plastic or metal?

A: Plastic!

Q: 3. How easily are you able to remove the mount after use/change its location on the vehicle?

A: I have the GoPro suction mount. It is very simple to attach, remove, relocate. Position the mount and camera where you want it. Press the center of the mount firmly into the windshield, then flip down the lock lever, done! To remove, lift up the lock lever, then with your finger tips, peel up the edge of the suction cup. This will cause it to release from the windshield. Mount works great. TIP: get an assortment of GoPro mount adaptors and extensions for different mounting situations you will inevitably encounter. Good luck...

Q: 4. The GoPro mount that is on the bottom of the Gooseneck (the ball joint) broke, Is there a replacement available for that part?
