You would get good qaulity files on a micro SD card with the Zomme H1N. These files could then be imported into a computer and then burned on to CD's or put onto a mobile device to play back.

A: Yes you can use the stereo microphones on the top to record a interview, however keep in mind both the distance you placing the recorder from the person you interviewing and the fact this are stereo microphones they will pick up everything around you including noise. You will get better audio recording with one microphone per person, for interviews I recommend lavalier microphones.
