A: I often have my 5D MkIII with 70-200 f2.8 attached, plus another lens (and odds and ends), all securely held in place with the dividers. This has to be one of my better purchases, great street photography.

A: Yes it will however the camera will have to be on its side to fit in. it is just barely tall enough to sit the camera in upright thus I wouldn't recommend doing so. This may also require you to remove some accessories to make it fit (such as the side handle).

A: It's not waterproof, and the zippers seem to allow water inside the bag. I got drenched at Zion NP last Fall, and when I returned to the hotel, there was water drops on my equipment, fortunately camera and lenses are weather resistant . I just purchased a bottle of Rustoleum Never Wet fabric sealer, meant for outdoor furniture cushions and backpacks, etc. That should help, but maybe not for the zippers.
