A: Hi There, this is Jules from Symbiosis, Decimator's Master Distributor. The MD-Cross v2 can be used as a simultaneous bi-directional SDI to HDMI and HDMI to SDI converter. It can scale/cross-convert in one of these channels. It can also be configured as a distribution amplifier from HDMI or SDI to 1x HDMI and 4x SDI outputs with or without cross conversion/scaling as well as also being able to overlay graticules, UMD and in-picture audio meters.
