It is made from ultra high-impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. It has a 0.25" neoprene O-ring, and easy-open double-throw latches that seal perfectly. It includes an automatic pressure equalization valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. A: The light won't fit once you remove the thicker portion of the padding.

A: The Pelican 1510 is a 22.0 x 13.8 x 9.0 / 55.9 x 35.1 x 22.9 cm waterproof case with a padded divided interior. The 1510SC is the same but comes with a security lock and a desiccant gel. The Pelican 1510NF is the same case but has no lock, no gel, no foam and is empty.

A: Unfortunately even the manufacturer says its just watertight. I would have to agree with them because of the Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve. Now you can try Pelican's line of cases called Storm cases. These are waterproof and are used by the military but I don't know if there is any difference in prices for that benefit. Hope that helps.
