BTW, I originally went to an auction site and bought this same lens Brand New . It was not brand new, had dust and damage inside the lens which made me believe it may have been repaired. Posed the question of new/details to another seller on the same site, and they changed their tone saying they had used it. Keep in mind in those 2 instances, Canon will not provide a warranty since they were not authorized re sellers, where B&H is.
