A: UInfortuantly no, the Atomos NEON 17" 4K HDR Monitor/Recorder cannot record in a 16-Bit RAW format.

Q: 10. So if only half the bulbs are being used at full Daylight setting or full Tungsten setting, is the illumination still equal to a 250 W bulb, or only a 125W bulb at each setting? Thx!

A: The light is equivalent to 250W incandescent light. The design of the lights does not actually allow both daylight and Tungsten bulbs to be turned on at full power at the same time.
