A: Yes it comes with the screw and the hex wrench. Also small safety stop screws and additional hex wrench which I am not using. The most important thing is you will need to file a small bit off the upper lip on the right side as seen from behind. Then blacken with a sharpie and you are all set. This is the best L bracket available that slides left for tethered shooting. It has lens center marks for panorama stitch shooting alignment. A lot of the cheap knock offs do not.
