The Tiffen 52mm Digital Pro SLR Glass Filter Kit contains some exciting filters to help you enter the challenging world of digital photography. Whether you're a weekend shooter or a working pro, these filters can give your photography a real "jump start".

Digital Ultra Clear Filter
Keep your filters safe from fingerprints and other contaminants with this optically clear filter.

ProMist 2 Filter
Tiffen Pro Mist filter are soft focus filters. The Pro-Mist filter is exceptional for creating a special mood.

Outdoors or indoors, in broad scenics or portraits, the Pro-Mist is excellent for toning down excessive sharpness and reducing contract by moderately lightening shadow areas without detracting from the overall image. This is especially useful given the contrast and extremely sharp resolution produced by contemporary film and video lenses.

Pro-Mist filters give your portraits that extra edge of professionalism. The various grades allow you to soften contrast to whatever degree you feel your subject requires.

Pro-Mist F/X filters are available in grades from one-half through five, with grade 5 having the greatest effect; Effect of lighter grades is subtle, with higher grades becoming gradually more noticeable.

Graduated Neutral Density Filter
Graduated Neutral Density filters enables the shooter to adjust exposure without affecting color balance. Neutral density filters are available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 stops to suit individual situations.

Often it is necessary or desirable to balance the light intensity in one part of a scene with another. This is especially true in situations where you don't have total light control, as in bright contrasting landscapes. Exposing for the foreground will produce a washed-out, over-exposed sky while exposing for the sky will leave the foreground dark and under-exposed. This filter enables cloud detail to be kept correctly exposed in the picture.

Determining which graduated neutral density filter yields ideal results for any given lighting situation takes knowledge, experience and a collection of such filters. Choose the filter strength which adjusts the lighting to stay within the exposure latitude (greatest difference between bright/dark values) which still shows details in both of the digital or film medium in use.

Speaking generally, the 2-stop value (ND 0.6 - the filter's clear portion allows 4x more light to pass vs. darkest portion) effectively compensates average bright sky-to-foreground situations, and the soft transition is applicable more often to a scene than the hard transition.

Q: 3. Can this power adapter work with the Sony alpha a7 iv?

Q: 5. Can this power a Sony FS700 NEX?

A: It has worked well for me.

Q: 6. Will this work on a Canon C100?

A: You can use this on any lens it fits and any camera the lens fits. That being said, since the performance of the Anamorphot is very dependent on the lens, it is suggested that for best performance you use heavy duty primes not lightweight front focus focus by wire zooms. The main consideration however is the sensor. If you have a camera such as a ARRI Alexa or Panasonic GH4 with a 4:3 sensor, the Anamorphot -50 2.0x is the correct selection for it will create the desired 2.35:1 aspect ratio. However, on a Canon C100 what this lens will produce is a too wide an image with a non-standard 3.55:1 aspect ratio. That is where the SLR Magic Anamorphot-50 1.33x comes in. It's squeeze is designed to create 2:39:1 pictures with 16x9 sensors like what the Canon C100 has. However, since the squeeze is not as powerful as the 2.0x the flares and artifacts, while still present, are not as extreme as with the 2.0x squeeze.

Q: 7. As i know SLR Magic Anamorphot-50 2.0x works better with 4:3 or APS-C Sensors. Here's my question to you, it will work if i will shoot 4K with my 5D Mark IV, which has crop factor 1.74x ?

A: It will not. the Anamorphot-50 is designed to work with cameras that have a 4:3 Anamorphic Mode. The 5D Mark IV does not have such a mode. You would need to look at the Anamorphot-50 1.33x instead.https://bhpho.to/2o7c4UO

Q: 8. Can this adapter have safely power the Sony FX3?

A: The Sony AC-PW10AM AC Adapter Kit for Select Sony Alpha SLR Digital Cameras is not compatible with the Sony FX3.

Q: 9. Will this bag fit a Z9 with Nikon Z 180-600?

A: The OverBoard Pro-Sports Waterproof SLR Camera Bag (Black/Gray) is too small for the Nikon Z9 with the Nikon NIKKOR Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR Lens (Nikon Z) attached. The camera and lens is approxemelty 5.9 x 5.9 x 16".

Q: 10. On reviewer complained about the orientation of the plug into the camera saying that it pointed the cable up instead of down and indicated it was a nuisance and interfered with controls and so forth. Is this true? Thanks

A: The camera cable outlets do not get in the way of the camera controls at all. It also does not point up or down, but actually aims the cable forward away from the camera body and along the lens barrel.

Love this camera! I also have a 40D. They are pretty similar in body but it was a great upgrade!

I realize the 50D is on its way out, but I adore this camera, so I felt compelled to write a review of it before it sails into the sunset. I just finished a 10 month driving trip across the entire continent of Africa (as well as Europe and a bit of Asia), and the 50D was my best friend the entire way. I had the chance to try the camera out in a wide variety of photographic situations, and here's a quick summary of my experience: * Wildlife: The camera is just fantastic for wildlife. Lightning fast fps, spot-on auto focus, and the inherent magnification factor of the APS-C sensor meant that wildlife shooting was a dream. * Landscapes: With good lenses, the image quality of landscapes is great, though of course not as good as with a full-sized sensor. But color and resolution are both excellent. * Travel / People: The LCD panel at the top of the camera instantly provides most of the information you need, and the camera has plenty of quick-access dedicated buttons. These features enable you to quickly change settings as conditions change. I have to admit that I didn't fully appreciate these features before my trip, but I can't count the number of times that I was able to get the shot because of them. * Low-light: This is the only area where I think the 50D could be better. Compared to my previous DSLR it's a revelation, but image quality at ISO 1600 and up is a bit grainy. It this is an important consideration for you, I'd recommend a full-frame camera. But image quality at ISO 800 and below is just fantastic. It's also worth mentioning that the camera is very solidly built and withstood the rigors of a very difficult trip. Overall, the 50D is a great product and perhaps still worth considering in its twilight days, so long as you don't need video and don't need stellar high-ISO quality. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I was asked to shoot an extreme whitewater kayak race this past weekend. I had been using my lovely 5d for this event the past few years but always felt like I was missing a lot of good shots because of it's relatively slow speed. My other camera is a nice Rebel that just isn't up to the task. Did a lot of research on forums and reviews and narrowed it down to the 50D or 60D, budget considered. I really had a difficult time choosing, weighing all the specs and features of both camera bodies, but ultimately opting for the 50D because it just seemed a bit more rugged and simple. More professional if that's an appropriate description. The absolute right decision, this camera is flawless. Simple, rugged and fast, professional in every sense of the word. The results with my long L glass are simply stunning, indistinguishable from my full frame 5D. No regrets.
