The MRK-4436-NVR-AB MRK Series 19" Configured Network-Video Recorder Enclosure from Middle Atlantic is a special enclosure kit that comes complete with all of the items necessary to support a professional network-video recorder setup. This is a fully welded steel rack with 44U capacity and a depth of 36". Its steel frame and 1/8" thick structural-steel internal braces provide a weight capacity of up to 2500 lbs. A: I apologize that this is not a direct answer to your Q. I have the Zoom Q8 and I have a digital sound-only Zoom recorder. Zoom sound has ALWAYS been very high quality -- so ANY Zoom is better than no Zoom. It's hard to imagine that the sound quality would be much different between the 6 and the 8. I got the 8 for a great price, but if the 6 was a much lower price, I'd have been happy to get that.
