The RF-Video AMP-5000R is a high power microwave amplifier for use with any transmitter broadcasting in the 2.4 GHz frequency. Amplified wireless signals translate into improved video and audio quality transmissions over greater wireless distances. Its durable design and its ability to tolerate high and low temperature extremes make it particularly well suited for use in military monitoring applications.

Disclaimer: RF amplifiers for 2.4 GHz and other frequencies marked as "unidirectional amplifiers" can be used for one-way amplification only. They are not valid for digital microphone systems (such as Zaxcom and similar wireless microphone systems) because such systems employ two-way communication from the base station to the handheld unit. Connecting a unidirectional amplifier to a wireless microphone's base station will cause attenuation of the receiving signal. This is due to the fact that the base station and handheld unit employ two-way communication, and the signal cannot be received due to the amplifier's simplex operation. A duplex operational amplifier or bidirectional amplifier is required for digital microphone systems.

These anchors allow fast removal of a strap which is great for travel and often a must when shooting long lenses with the monopod. This anchor set lets me use the straps I have and like that came with the cameras and still be able to quickly remove the straps when needed. 5

Now that I have this I realize what an essential it is! My strap was always such a pain as I moved from handhold to tripod shooting. I find myself in windy conditions a lot and having the ability to remove the strap quickly, at times, provides that extra bit of stability I need and makes the difference between a crisp image and one with a little blur! 5

I bought this kit to attach my cameras to my newly homemade strap. The cordage fit perfectly through the clasp ports and the peak design toggles and rubber sheathed wires are holding strong. I'd be comfortable hanging my body weight off these little clasps at this point. Peak Designs has never let me down. B&H provided exceptional order fulfillment speed and their packaging was the best I've ever seen in the industry. These clasps could not move an inch in the shipping box; bubble wrap galore!
