This is a Manfrotto Chrome Plated Steel Stand with Leveling Leg. It rises to a maximum height of 10.9' (3.3 m). It has three sections and two risers. It accepts light fixtures that have a Baby (5/8") receptor or a Junior (1-1/8") stud. Many people in the lighting industry call this a combo-stand.

Q: 8. I Cannot find manual describing how to open each leg and where they should positioned. I always unscrew the back of each leg, position about 60 degrees then re-tighten the back, is this right? I do not think so.

A: Mohamed, I searched for a video on YouTube to help me know how to assemble it correctly. When you watch videos take note of the placement of the legs. The legs should just pop into place.

Q: 9. What do I need to attach a monolight to the grip head? Some sort of pin?

A: If you are trying to attach the monolight to the griphead at the end of the extension arm yes you need a pin. I just use a 5/8 x6 bolt from the hardware store. The extension are itself is 5/8 I believe so the monolight can be directly mounted to that end. Remember this is not a boom arm and you will need sandbags or other weight to help balance the weight you are hanging off the extension arm.
