So the phone gets installed in the case (has 2 1/4 20 thread mounts and 3 mounting spots for the Rode Mic and video light). The case has 2 folding handles; think I paid $35 & shipping. The mic definitely increases the decibels.

If you look at the connector and see 3 black rings that is for a phone. It's called a TRRS connector. For your camera you want a TRS which is a standard stereo connector with only 2 black rings on the connector. Both are 3.5mm connectors. If you get the one for your camera it will come with an adapter so you can use it with your phone or camera.
