The beige B6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone, Very Low Sensitivity, with Hardwired 6-Pin Hirose Connector for Samson Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter with changeable protective caps, which provide moisture resistance and color options. The mic can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, churches, and general lavalier applications.

Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in hair or on costumes, or taped to a performer's face. The aramid cable and ultra-thin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection. The B6's cable terminates to a 6-pin Hirose connector for direct connection to a Samson TX3 (Black), UT5, or UT6 wireless bodypack transmitter.

Additionally, swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or match other microphones. The B6 microphone is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. These caps can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.

The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps, and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.

The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.

Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.

Very low, mic near user's mouth.

Q: 1. Once you start a interval sequence, can you adjust the camera settings between shots(on the camera itself)? Hoping to be able to use this for the Holy Grail time-lapse method on the Sony a6500. I ask because the play memories app does not allow you to change settings once the sequence starts...

A: Yes you can change the settings on the camera in between shots.

Q: 2. Does this remote work for time lapse photography? I have the Sony a6000.

A: I have been using it for time lapse photography but I am not sure if it works with a6000. I am using a7r.

Q: 3. Will this remote start and stop video recording?

A: The ShutterBoss will mimic your camera's shutter release button. If your camera allows for the start/stop video recording function to be triggered by the camera's shutter button, then the ShutterBoss will be able to start/stop video recording as well. If the start/stop video recording function is controlled by a separate button on the camera, the ShutterBoss will not be able to trigger video recording.

Q: 8. The manual says autofocus on the remote shutter release is not compatible with back-button focusing on some camera models. Can anyone confirm whether it's compatible with back-button focus on the EOS 6D?

A: The Vello ShutterBoss II will not AutoFocus when the camera is set to Back-Button Focus. It will simply trigger the shutter. If you wish to AutoFocus from the remote, you will need to turn off Back-Button Focus.

Q: 9. what is the use of that ??????¿¿¿

A: The ShutterBoss II Timer Remote release enables the user to trigger a camera remotely avoiding accidental camera shakes and vibrations that can affect the shots taken. The remote also allows for creating long exposures, time lapses, timer delays, intervals between shots and many more useful features.

Q: 10. I purchased a Shutterboss a year ago for my 7D. The cable connection to the Canon socket was terrible - it was loose and only connected 20% of the time - so I returned it (thank you B&H) Is this a new and improved version?

A: This is the Version II of the Vello Shutterboss Timer Remote Switch for Canon and is the most current, improved version.
