The Countryman E6i Omnidirectional Microphone is a miniature earset microphone for virtually invisible operation in stage performances, trade shows, houses-of-worship, auctions, lectures and much more.

The omnidirectional version is most common in applications where feedback issues are not very likely. The microphone can be worn without a windscreen as the omnidirectional capsule provides excellent wind noise rejection.

The E6i is set apart from the original E6 with its softer flexible boom and silicon ear-pads. The flexible boom provides ease of boom adjustability to accommodate multi-user applications.

A wide variety of colors and connections are available for use with various wireless transmitters. This version is tan and features a 4-pin Hirose connector for specific* Audio-Technica transmitters.

A miniature omnidirectional capsule is mounted to a low-profile, flexible frame with silicon ear pads. This lightweight, unobtrusive design is available in various colors that virtually render the entire microphone invisible against the skin. For more information on which color earset suits you best, refer to the Countryman support page.

The included 2mm Diameter Duramax Cable detaches from the actual headset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy, as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate various wireless transmitters. The Duramax 2mm diameter cable provides extra strength, flexibility and durability.

The omnidirectional polar pattern is most effective in minimizing wind noise, plosives (popping) and handling noise. The flexible boom provides a custom fit for multiple users and close microphone positioning while minimizing off-axis noise. The E6i is also available in a cardioid version for maximum off-axis noise rejection in environments with high feedback and noise.

This E6i's sensitivity response is optimized to accurately capture strong vocals without noise and distortion. The high headroom is well suited for singers and performers in stage and broadcast applications.

Q: 6. Hello! Can I use with bowen accesories? Tks.

A: Yes, the Godox QT400IIM Flash Head uses the standard Bowens S-mount for connecting lighting modifiers to the light fixture.

Q: 7. If the ball head comes with a slide in camera quick release plate why order the PU-60 slide in Quick release plate?

A: It is not a necessary accessory. It is listed in case you want more than one. Many do if they have more than one camera body or if they have lost the plate.

Q: 8. Does the screw in the quick release plate has a d-ring on it?

A: Unfortunately, the quick release plate included with this head does not offer a D-ring.

Q: 9. Can it be used in HSS?

A: No, the Godox QS400II Flash Head is not compatible with high speed sync.

Q: 10. Sorry for being a greenhorn, but uh, whats Tension control?

A: This ballhead has two controls - to adjust friction on the ball, and to lock/release the pan movement. The tension control is a small dial inside the face of the large ball tension knob.By adjusting this carefully, you can limit the amount of release when you loosen the ball completely - sort of like a stop. If it is too loose when you fully release the ball, the lens/camera will flop hard to it's physical limit around the cup holding the ball. The trick is to adjust the dial so that even when fully released, the ball still has some friction, so that the camera moves gently to it's limit. The adjustment here is exactly the same as the Arca-Swiss Z1, and very useful to prevent your gear from traveling quickly to the physical limit of the ball's cup and hitting it hard. This article may explain it better:http://www.photowriting.co.za/2016/11/sirui-k-30x-ball-head-review-middle.html
