A: You will be able to start and stop recording with this camera and it does have a recording time indicator. You'll also be able to play back the footage and pause it if you'd like in playback.

Q: 9. I have a JVC GY-HM170UA camera, I bought a Panasonic AG-MC200G microphone, but the camera does not recognize it, I did all the possible tests and nothing. Can someone help me?

A: We had a similar problem with a different version of the mic. Have you tested the mic off camera attached to another input? Ours was simply a bad mic. Have you tried other mics to eliminate the handle XLR as the issue?
