That might not be a problem for you if you are holding the camera and panning and tilting but the benefit of having a gimbal will be diminished. Another issue is that it is very large and heavy. It weighs 3 lbs and is 9.5 inches tall so can be hard to hold on a monopod by some. It does not have minimum weight requirement.
