Designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim, the 220V 20858EL Advantage Electrol 65 x 104" Ceiling-Recessed Motorized Screen from Da-Lite is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets are included to make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

The Advantage Electrol screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I have a Nikon D3300, Do I need to buy the PowerTrigger transmitter in order to make the Flash work? Or the sync cord will do the job.

A: I am not familiar with Nikon but I can tell you that the sync cord works with my Canon DSLR. As long as there is an outlet on the side of the camera, which there should be, it should work fine.

Q: 2. How many lumens is this light?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not publish a lumens output for this LED panel.

Q: 3. Will this work with the remote wireless flash signal produced by the OMD EM-10?

A: I'm unfamiliar with that specific wireless trigger system, but I have used two different wireless triggers with this light kit successfully. As long as the trigger uses a 1/8 mono plug, you should be fine. If not, you can buy adapters to make these things work.

Q: 4. does this come with a sync cord?

A: Yes the sync cord is included.

Q: 5. Will this strobe work with 3rd party modifiers, or only the supplied softboxes?

A: That model strobe uses the Elinchrom mount also called EX. There are a few different manufactures that make modifiers with that mount, Elinchrom, Impact and Interfit. Note to be careful when picking it out that it is the correct mount. Impact and Interfit make different mounts not just EX.

Q: 6. What is the inner height of the box? In other words, how tall of an item can fit on the side (looking to stuff a couple of tripods in the side).

A: This case has the proper inner dimensions to house Two 60-65" Flat Screen Monitors. It is not designed to handle tripods. So that we may best assist you finding the proper product for your needs feel free to email us directly at askbh@bhphoto.com.

Q: 7. If I purchase a pc chord adapter, is this compatible with a canon rebel t3?

A: Yes you can use the Vello Universal Hot Shoe Adapter for PC Connection B&H # VEHSAPCU in order to sync these monolights with a Canon EOS Rebel T3. Additionally, you may also want to purchase a light meter to help measure the output of these monolights. It can be connected with the same sync cable. One such meter is the Sekonic L-308S-U Flashmate Light Meter B&H # SEL308SU. Please see the images below for reference.

Q: 8. Hello, would this be just the head for 999.00? or is it the whole mic? if it is just the head, where could I purchase the whole microphone?

A: The KK 104-s is the capsule only. Unfortunately the Sennheiser 5000 series transmitters and receivers are not available here at B&H.

Q: 9. two strobes, two soft boxes, two stands and one sync cord- Are they included in this kit?

A: This kit would include two Impact EX 100 monolights, two softboxes with speed rings, two sync cables, two power cords, flashtube/modeling lamp for each head, a reflector for each head, spare fuses for each head, Impact 8 ft light stands and a 1 year warranty on each head.

Q: 10. My flash tube broke. Is that covered in the one year warranty ?

A: Unfortunately, the warranty for this monolight only covers defects in the unit as a whole. It does not cover lamps.
