Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How long is this lens hood?

A: The Nikon HB-104 Lens Hood measures 5.5" long.

Q: 2. How many lumens is this light?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not publish a lumens output for this LED panel.

Q: 3. Is there any product with no borders?

A: The Paterson Contact Proof printer for 120/220 film might not be the right product in this case. Consider a glass contact proofer such as the Print File glass contact proofer: https://bhpho.to/3BXSAou

Q: 4. Is this compatible with Sharp PNUH601 ?

A: Yes it should be. This product is compatible with screens between 55-65 inches. The PNUH601 is a 60 screen and within the size capacity of this case.

Q: 5. does this work in manfrotto super clamps?

A: yes it work very well!

Q: 6. Can I directly mount this on my tripod (with 3/8" male screw) to bottom stud and still attach the camera bracket at the other end?

A: Yes, you can mount this arm to a 3/8" male thread as one end of the arm has a 3/8" female thread.

Q: 7. What's the diameter of the len hood?

A: The Nikon HB-104 Lens Hood's diameter is slightly under 6.5”.

Q: 8. Can the camera bracket 'axle' point UP so that a camcorder can sit on TOP of it? The photos show the post which looks like the support for the bracket pointing DOWN such that the camera would have to hang upside down.

A: Yes, the camera bracket 5/8 pin can sit on top. It moves 180 degrees. You can see the pivot on the arm in this photo, https://bit.ly/2WScxtK .

Q: 9. Thinking of building a cheap panoramic solution. Can anyone let me know whether what I'm thinking is feasible (thread compatibility, sturdiness)? 1. This rail as the lower horizontal rail; 2. Add Desmond DLR-2002 as the vertical rail; 3. Attach FEISOL PB-70 Panning Base to DLR-2002 (is it even possible?), then Desmond DAC-38 Quick Release Clamp to PB-70, and finally attach a Desmond DNR-180 to the clamp as the upper rail.

A: Yes, everything you describe should work no problem.

Q: 10. Can this be used for both 135 and 120 film?

A: The Paterson 120/220 Contact Proof Printer is designed for 120 film. If you use it for 35mm film the negative slots will not line up correctly.

this double arm holds my SONY a7iii with a SONY 24-70 F2.8 lens very well, it has gears in the articulations so never slide with the weight!

I used this (along with BHE-104 camera platform, Baby Pin Wall Plate and a 5/8 converter socket)to mount a Canon Vixia HF R50 on to a wall. Worked great. Gave me lots of flexibility. My only slight issue was that the set screw end of the converter socket would rotate easily so I ran some electrical tape around the converter and the Baby pin.

I shoot on location a lot - oftentimes at houses where it's difficult to find a spot for a backlight. This arm - with the clamp, sold separately - solves that dilemma. Now I'm good to go just about anywhere. I'm kicking myself for not picking this up earlier.

I love this arm! I use this in conjunction with the “Impact Super Clamp wih Rachet” to attach my GH4 to a mic stand for a static Drummer shot during our worship services. It is easy to adjust and make the camera level. Very sturdy!

A great way to get a camera or a light into places where a tripod can't/won't go. The double-arm is very sturdy and will hold a Canon 5D Mk3 securely. For most effective use, order with an Impact Super Clamp, CC-106T or CC-106R.

We use with the Impact Super Clamp. It works attaches well and has a 1/4 nut on one end and 3/8 nut on the other end, so you can use either end to attach a screw to. Antennas can be attached using an adapter to convert from a nut to a bolt.
