I removed the dividers and can carry the Fujifilm X-E2s, 18-55 mm, 10-24 mm, and 55-200 mm, with a Nissin i40 electronic flash, remote release, and 16 mm lens extension tube. I have no experience with the Perception Pro; however, I would not consider the ThinkTank Urban Approach 15 if I wanted rapid access to switch lenses in an urban environment or street photography.
