A: It fits, and works, but there is a down side.Every Beauty Dish has a soft area (the area which is covered by the deflector plate) and hard area (the area which is !not! covered by the deflector plate). If the grid is used with just the Beauty Dish, then it shows the grid pattern in the hard area (because its 50, and made for a softbox rather than a Beauty Dish).
