This surface works for video as well as charts and graphs in a corporate setting. Cone 150° Gain: 1.3

  • Standard Low Voltage Control (LVC) to keep your screen operation flexible
  • Smooth Roll Technology to keep your screen flat
  • Slim-Tab, a lower profile, stronger tab design to keep your screen taut
  • Tensioning Cable System to prevent warping and ensure even lateral tension
  • Seamless screen surface

The housing for this screen features a white finish

Designed to provide silent operation when raising or lowering the screen.

Allows the included wall switch, as well as devices such as automation systems, third-party wall switches, and remotes that support LVC, to raise or lower the screen remotely.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does dimming this using an inline dimmer cause an audible hum? I'm trying to get new lights that don't do that. I know I can use scrims too, but I'd like the flexibility if possible. Thanks!

A: You're missing the point of these lamps. If you want to dim it, the best thing is the scrims. They are very effective. In addition, if you are opposed to using scrims for some reason, you have the option of pulling the bulb back. If you need more focus than when it is flooding, you can use barn doors, which you probably want any way. Finally, you can also use a 300W bulb instead of a 650W.

Q: 2. So if the source material is stereo (or more channels) what comes out? Somthing summed, or only one channel? And is this behavior the same on all platforms?

A: It will sum a stereo output to mono

Q: 3. color mode?

A: It is a Tungsten light 3200K.

Q: 4. Can this be used for outdoor portraits?

A: Probably not unless there is an outlet or something to plug into

Q: 5. Im Looking for lights that will work for an ecommerce site that will produce an all white pure background with no grey. If i buy two of these kits will I be able to shoot a full body shot on a live model and will the background come out white? my model is 5 10 / 5'11.. thanks

A: I The only way I believe these or any two lights will produce a pure white background is to use a green screen background and remove the background (or make it white) with software. If the exposer is correct for the subject, the exposer will always be somewhat less for the background the difference may be acceptable, but not absolute. can think of one vay these only way these (or any two

Q: 6. What color temperature do theses lights output?

A: 3200 Kelvin, or basic Tungsten. You can add color temperature gels to change it, which is what I did.

Q: 7. can this light be triggered by another flash?

A: Yes, the nature of it is that it's triggered by a flash. I have three of them, so I connect directly to one through a cord, and that one triggers the other two. But I have also found that my bounce flash will trigger any of them as well, and I think that's what you're asking about.

Q: 8. Are these lights tungsten or daylight ( 5500K). Can I use my Nikon on auto white or have to balance?

A: Strobe lights are typically daylight-balanced. You would either use the daylight-balanced or flash-balanced white balance preset on your camera, or you would use the Custom White Balance setting to set a custom white balance. Auto White Balance is not recommended for strobe usage.

Q: 9. Will this work with the newest MacOS Catalina version 10.15.4?

A: This should work with OS Catalina.

Q: 10. How is this different than the APCRBC115? Is this compatible with the SMX1500RM2U and its expansion modules?

A: The manufacturer would create different replacement batteries for different products. APC only refers to #115 as the only compatible option to SMX1500RM2U.
