Battery mails with everything you need to install it. Instructions are easy to follow and include links to pictures/video if you need it. Can't speak to how many cycles it will endure before capacity starts to fall off, but higher capacity than OEM battery is a good start. 5

It's only been a So far it lasts nearly 3 times longer than the original that was worn out. Easy to install, all the tools needed are in the box. Be sure to look up the OWC battery calibration video for this battery on youtube so you properly calibrate the battery after install. It takes about 16 hours to properly calibrate it and you can use the computer (light duty use) for all but 5 of those hours. I just scheduled it so the 5 hours were overnight. Recycle your old battery and you are all set. 5

I was very pleased to find that I have regained most of the battery life the computer had when new. I am now getting approx. 5 hours. The install was a breeze and the inclusion of the tools was a very nice detail. 5

I always buy from from B and H because They always deliver in product and service. This battery fit perfectly. I had this for about a month and I had no problems yet. I get about 5 solid hours of regular use compared to my 30 minute in my old battery. I should have bought this earlier. I highly recommend replacing your battery if your computer is 5 years and older! 5

This battery put new life into my otherwise excellent MBP. Holds the charge well. The process was easy enough to make me get one for my SO's 13inch MBP and to make me want to make an installation video. Here is the installation video for the 13 although the process is not too different. 5
