The Pelican iM3100 Storm Case without Foam (Black) is an injection-molded case made of HPX high performance resin, that is virtually unbreakable, dent-resistant and shatter-resistant. It is tough, rugged, lightweight, airtight and watertight. There is a permanently attached Vortex valve that automatically adjusts air pressure without letting in water, and won't unscrew from the case. Press & Pull latches open with the push of a button, yet stay closed securely under impact or stress. The case has unbreakable molded-in hasps that allow the addition of standard size padlocks. It has hinges with integrated feet that hold fast under impact, and create a flat surface for upright stability. It is transported by two double-layered, soft-grip, solid-core handles and rugged in-line wheels.

A: It will display whatever it is fed. If the camera you are using is outputting screen info, including timecode, this monitor will see it.

A: Yes it will. Those camera both have HDMI outputs which you can connect to this monitor.

This case is the most useful for air travel as it falls short of oversize on all major airlines, but allows transport of a fair number of light stands and smaller tripods. The locking mechanisms are from the Storm design, having push buttons which are in my opinion easier to use than standard Pelican models. 5

I originally purchased a pelican 1700 case and found it to be even better built and more durable than the storm case but found the latches to hard to open and lock. So I returned it and ordered the Pelican storm iM3100 which is about the same size and weight. The latches on the storm are much better. Easier to lock and open and secure just as good as the 1700. The case itself is made of a different material, although lifetime warrentied, the 1700 case seem more heavy duty, military grade, whereas the iM3100 is more consumer grade, which suites my needs perfectly. 5

I bought this case for my Ar-15 rifle. Very solid construction. I especially like the button clasps on the Storm; there is no way they could get snagged on something and accidentally pulled open like the ones on a normal pelican case. I used a hot wire table to scroll out the foam for a professional fit. I love this case and highly recommend it. B&H is the best place to get it. 5

This is a great product, strong and light. I decided to go with pelican due to previous experience with their products. They never disappoint. I am currently using it as a gun case to carry a tactical carbine including most accessories (e.g. Magazines sights, etc). A lot of space without making the whole package too bulky. In addition, the case is much stronger than similar products from other manufacturers ( e.g Plano 108420). In addition the water proffing is excellent given it has a thick gasket an a very sturdy design that will not allow the case to deform even under high stress. The only thing that would make this case better is the addition of built in locks 5

I used this procuct to store and transport photo gear, like my various tripod head assemblies. But you could store anything you wanted in this case from lenses to flashes to any other other photography or video gear you want to protect for storage and transportation. 5

Easy to cut foam. Holds my items perfectly. Seal is very well made. Push Button latches work well. Snap click sound when latching. Solid and well built. Rolling wheels are smooth. Handles are really a great rubbery feel. Overall......I am satisfied !!! 5
