Fits well with the designated lens (12-40mm f/2.8 PRO) or the 14-150mm f/4-5.6. Just enough protection to feel comfortable with it swinging on my hip all day (using black rapid strap), but I can still fit it in my pocket when I'm actively shooting. I've used it with smaller lenses too (17mm f/1.8) and it's ok - the neoprene is soft enough that it easily compresses/folds when you put it in a bag. 5

The description is accurate. It fits XT2 with 18-55mm, but if you want to fit anything bigger, like the 10-24mm, you'll need a larger size. I was hoping it would have enough stretch to fit the 10-24 but it really doesn't. Good product otherwise though. 5
