The PortaPro stereo headphones from Koss provide high-quality audio in a vintage design. Unchanged since 1984, the PortaPro offers a unique and recognizable look with performance to match. The headphones use rigid Mylar drivers to minimize distortion and provide accurate reproduction, while NdFeB magnet structures deliver strong volume levels. Oxygen-free copper voice coils improve signal transmission for clean, clear sound.

The adjustable headband conforms to virtually any head size, while the foam earpads provide comfort and also let you maintain awareness of your surroundings. The cable provides plenty of slack and has a standard 3.5mm mini plug for connecting to MP3 players, CD players, and much more.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Would this mic work for recording church choir singing concerts? I'm using a Nikon D850. Or would a Rode stereo mic be better suited?

A: The Rode VideoMic Pro would work for recording a church choir, but a stereo mic like the Rode Stereo VideoMic On-Camera Microphone (B&H # ROSVM) could give you a more spacious sound.

Q: 2. Will this work with the FZ300 Panasonic ?

A: Hello Clarissa, yes, this should work just fine together. It appears the FZ300 has an external microphone input, and the Rode VideoMic Pro has its own battery, therefore it won't need power from the camera.

Q: 3. Will this work on a Nikon D90 or 750

A: The Nikon D90 does not have a mic input. However the D750 does, you will be able to use this microphone with the Nikon D750.

Q: 4. Will this mic work with Canon XA30?

A: The Canon XA30 offers a stereo 1/8 (3.5mm) mini microphone input for use with this microphone.

Q: 6. Hello, are they any difference in sound quality between the one with the rubber band mount vs this rycote version? Thanks!

A: Not sure if there's a big difference as far as sound quality while still on a tripod or boom stand. But if your a run and gun type person, then the shock mount on this mic helps a ton!

Q: 7. Will this work on a Panasonic Hc-wxf991, I love rode mics but have had one for a year now since I lost it but got a new camcorder and would love another rode mic but would you suggest this cause I know there's the small one and a big rode mic but not sure which, thanks

A: This microphone is compatible and recommended for the Panasonic HC-WXF991K camcorder.

Q: 8. can I connect with an ipad?

A: The Rode VideoMic Pro can be used with an iPad, this would require an additional adapter, the Rode SC4.

Q: 9. I have a RODE VideoMic (not Pro) that I mount on my camera's hot shoe. I find when I look through the viewfinder that the rear of the microphone assembly is pushing against my forehead. It's not comfortable, it defeats the damping effect of the mount, and I can't get my eye fully up to the viewfinder. Is the clearance the same on the Pro? Any suggestions on how to mount the mic further forward to avoid this problem?

A: You could simply add a small extention to the camera shoe to move the mic forward a bit. . https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/752863-REG/Vello_SE_10_SE_10_Hot_Shoe_Extension.html

Q: 10. Can I replace the 3.5 mm cable since it's demadged?

A: The attached 3.5mm TRS cable is not user replaceable. Please contact RØDE directly for repair: RØDE: Tel: (562) 364-7400 or (888) 412-4664 Email usasupport@rodemic.com
