My new computer was tremendously upgraded when I ordered it, so it was very expensive. I have always used APC's products, and found them extremely reliable. I have my computer, printer, 3 external drives, etc. hooked into my new Back-UPS Pro 1500, and still have room and power to hook more things into it.

It has many outlets in the back which has been wonderful for my purposes and what I plug into it. I've been using it for several months now, and it has done it's job several times with the storms and electrical outages we have here, not to mention the horrible surges also. It has many qualities that are wonderful and so simple to set up and use.

I always was so thrilled that I was able to receive a discount from APC's trade-in program. Now that is a great idea for a company.

You can't go wrong if you choose this unit, or for that matter any of the units APC sells, as they are dynamite and work great!

As described, performs as presented, outstanding unit so far. Been in service for about four weeks now with no issues.
Have had two main power interruptions and unit provided more running time than indicated.
Will be obtaining at least two more units soon.

Did my research and found this unit at an exceptional B&H price. Solid performer, already saved my equipment 2x. Love the ability to see how many watts it is providing and the AVR, which is a must for anything worth plugging into a UPS.

Worked out of the box, very easy to setup and just go just as expected with APC and they never dissappoint.

I have been using APC back up power supplies at home and work for the past 17 years and have come to rely on their performance and reliability. After my home UPS battery croaked (a unit bought back in 1994) I decided to upgrade it for something a bit more modern with the power capacity to run my Mac G5 workstation. So far it has run like a champ, quiet, reliable and ready to kick in. No regrets, I highly recommend the Pro 1500.

Have used the BR1500G a short period, however, I feel that I made a wise decision to increase the size to 865 watts from where I was with the BR900. This unit has various new features and I have never been disapointed with APC products. Would highly recommend this model.
