Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How's the color accuracy for those who actually used it? Bought it on Cyber Monday and noticed thee CRI is somewhat low. Debating if I should return these now seeing other panels offers CRI of 95 and more bulbs at around the same price.

A: I have nothing to compare it to my first LED light but the color seems fine, especially since the temperature is adjustable.

Q: 2. I am looking for a replacement soft case for my ikan iLED312-v2. Can you guide me in the right direction please?

A: Sorry I'm not sure. I just have the one that came with the kit

Q: 3. Any link to the User Manual? Thank you!

Q: 4. The specs list LUX ratings about HALF of what the diagram does. Which is more accurate?

A: The light has this lux rating.5600K:3 ft. 1646 lux6 ft. 519 lux9 ft. 260 lux3200K:3 ft. 16256 ft. 511 lux9 ft 254 lux

Q: 5. Suitable for light painting cars? Also, what is the CRI?

A: Actually Hugo, I apologize for my previous answer, it is actually a CRI of 88, not 90

Q: 6. How long does the light last on battery power (assuming 2 batteries are fully charged and attached)? How long does it take to charge up?

A: I haven't pushed it that far yet but best guess at full intensity about 1.5 to 2 hrs straight. on and off it lasted most of a 8 hr day with multiple interviews.

Q: 7. Will this work with my Zhiyun Crane v2 gimbal?

A: The Steadicam Steadimate-RS Gimbal Yoke, Base, and Balance Stud will only work with the DJI RS 2, RS 3, and RS 3 Pro gimbal stabilizers.

Q: 8. does this light work with an anton bauer power tap mount?

A: No, it does not. The only uses either Sony L Series Batteries or the included AC Adapter. While larger in size, the next closest (and smallest) ikan bi-color LED light fixture which would use the Anton Bauer mount would be the ikan IB500 Bi-Color LED Studio Light with Anton Bauer Battery Mount, B&H # IKIB500.

Q: 9. Does this Mark III have face recognition? Take a picture of yourself and it is stored in the camera. Then when you use the video it recognizes your face for accurate focus?

A: Just like the previous version, you can set your face into the camera and it will be able to focus on you much faster.

Q: 10. My prior question was poorly worded. I think this one is more to the point:I see the Ikan kit comes with 2 power adapters: 1 for AC and 1 for 12V DC.Can the light be powered by using either adapter while plugged-in to the respective power source instead of using the Sony batteries?OR, can the light only be powered by the Sony batteries? Thanks,

A: This light may be powered via AC or DC power. You may choose from battery or120 VAC or 12 VDC.
