A: Yes and it is more noticeable on near objects than far ones for me.

A: Anamorphic focal points are halved when adapting, so generally lenses 40mm and above will give you the best perspectives for most projects unless you need a wider angle shot.

A: No, it would not be advised. For any full frame camera, SLR Magic recommends using at least a 40mm lens to avoid vignetting issues: "For full-frame sensors, SLR Magic recommends that the Anamorphot-40 1.33x be used with 40mm or longer focal length lenses".
