A: Ryan: It should handle at LEAST 90 lb paper, but not certain about the 110. The paper is fed under the print nozzles as they pass back and forth OVER the paper. The nozzles are very easy to clean with simple alcohol and a cotton swab. This prevents over use of ink and keeps things flowing instead of gumming up if not used over a period of time. A: The Canon PIXMA iX6820 Wireless Inkjet Printer (B&H# CAIX6820) is capable of printing on many different types of paper even if there is not an ICC profile for the specific type one may prefer to use. Typically, in such a situation one would use as similar of a profile as possible. For example, one would choose a profile for a similar glossy paper for printing on glossy third party paper, a profile for luster paper when printing on third party luster paper, and so on. If one finds the resulting colors too dense or light then one would adjust the photos prior to printing them so that the end result produces one’s preferred look.
