Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Sony NPA-MQZ1K Multi Battery Adapter Kit - Will this adapter only work with the new batteries for A9?

A: Hi odd geir S, yes. This Multi Battery Adapter kit is designed exclusively for A9's NPFZ100 batteries. Thanks, -Mark

Q: 2. Why would I get one of these when the tether tools accessory is a quarter of the price and seems to do the same thing?

A: Different situations for different people with different needs. If you found a lower price alternative that works for you, then by all means do what's best for you.

Q: 3. I want to cut the hardwired dummy batter cord to make this more nimble (I saw that someone else did this and it didn't effect functionality). I'd like to then get a Z battery dummy to either USB or barrel as it seems like plugging that into one of the out ports woudl effectively be the same thing. Any reason others can see why this wouldn't work? (I'd get a barrel or USB rated to 15V just to allow for variance.

A: Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the performance of the Sony NPA-MQZ1K Multi Battery Adapter Kit if you cut the power cable. The connected cord is not designed to be cut, and cutting the cord would void the manufacturer's Limited 1-Year Warranty.

Q: 4. How fast does this charge 4 batteries to full?

A: To fully charge 4 batteries from being dead, this would take 480 Minutes

Q: 5. will my Speedlite 430 EX II work correctly with this adapter on my brand new EOS R6 MK II ?

A: Yes, the Canon AD-E1 Multi-Function Shoe Adapter would allow the 430EX II to work on the Canon EOS R6 II.

Q: 6. Hola. El pack Incluye la batera? Gracias.

A: Si, este producto enclude dos baterias.

Q: 7. I shot with this charger for a full day in studio, and by the end of the day it said battery exhausted - that was with four batteries and the dummy battery plugged into the camera and the ac adapter plugged into a working outlet - shouldn't this in theory be left on for days and power the camera?

A: yeah, it is my understanding that it is not capable of charging while you are using the adapter, ie. it can't really be used as AC adapter. As always, depending on how intensively you are shooting. Full day does sound good, depends on usage.

Q: 8. On the Sony NPA-MQZ1K Multi Battery Adapter Kit, can the cable and dummy battery be removed from the charger, i.e. does it plug into the charger body and can be unpluged when transporting or using the USB power out option?

A: Hello Jay, this specific cable cannot be unplugged from the charger.

Q: 9. Would it be possible to use this to power a camera while also powering a monitor, like the SmallHD 502? Would I need an LP-E6 dummy battery?

A: Not that we are aware of. This product is only able to power Sony Cameras that are powered by either an NP-FZ100 or NP-FW50 style battery.

Q: 10. My green lights are always on. Shouldn't they turn green only when the batteries are fully charged?

A: No, the Godox VC26T Multi-Battery Charger for V1 should go from red to green when fully charged.

The thread on this filter is nicely engineered. It screws on securely and definitely meets my needs for lens protection and filtering haze. In Arizona, we seem to get alot of haze, so it's nice to have way to resolve some of it.

I use it on my 52mm lens. I like it because it's thin and my pictures come out great.

This filter will live on my lens forever. It is the best way to protect your lens from scratches and a much lower price to replace than your entire lens if it gets scratched.
