Rosco Fluorescent Lighting Sleeves/Tube Guards are a very reliable and cost-effective system for easy control of tough lighting scenarios- especially under fluorescents. In addition to the financial benefits of the sleeves, they protect against the potential disaster of glass shattering by containing the lamp within the end caps.

Rosco sleeves are constructed of a solid polycarbonate tube within which is held the specific filter. The choice of filters and combination of filters is endless - there are complete Roscolux, Cinegel or E-Colour color filter lines - something for every venue, every photographer, every cinematographer.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this extension tube work with the Sony E-Mount 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Zoom Lens on my Nex 5N Camera?

A: Yes, I use them on that same lens.

Q: 2. will these work with Nikon 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR Lens?

A: Yes.

Q: 3. Can I use this adapter using the canon 24-105mm lens and the Canon to Sony E mount metabones speed booster attached to the FS7? Don't care much about auto focus. I just want to still control aperture from the camera, have no vignetting.

A: I used the tubes with my canon D70 and my 2 lenses, the canon 18-135mm 3.5-5.6 and the canon 50mm 1.4 and I had no communication problems between the lens and the camera being able to change the amplitude of the diaphragm and use the focus automatically with normality.

Q: 4. are the tubes constructed of plastic or metal

A: The Kenko Auto Extension Tube Set DG for Nikon Lens is constructed with metal mounts and plastic tubes.

Q: 5. will this work with the eos xsi efs 18-55 and the 75-250 lense ?

A: Kenko DGs should work fine with all EF and EF-S lens and camera combinations, same combinations as without the tubes. Note that magnification increase will be less with longer focal lengths. The math; extension tube length divided by lens focal length = magnification increase. This increase gets added to the lens' native magnification.Barely worth mounting up to your 75-250 especially when zoomed out, should be exceptional with your 18-55.Depth of field gets very very thin at close focus/high magnification, expect to stop down on a tripod and focus stack. Subjects in motion like bugs, flowers swaying in the breeze are tough subjects, done every day though, obviously not impossible.

Q: 6. I know extension tube change the minimum focus distance. But does it change the how the len works? I meant if I use a portrait 85/1.4 with a tube set, can I use it like normal taking portrait like normal at the same distance as before?

A: No, these tubes are meant for macro shooting only.

Q: 7. Will the Kenko auto extentson tube set work in aperture priority mode with DX and FX lenses having an internal aperture ring?

A: You shouldn't have any problems with this combination.

Q: 8. Will these fit Nikon D-90?

A: Yes, these extension tubes are compatible with Nikon D90 DSLR camera.

Q: 9. In the product reviews mention is made of both a plastic and a metal version of these tubes. If this is correct, what are these. I mean I'd buy genuine Nikon usually and stick to well built metal parts even if heavier but it does seem in this case these independent tubes are a better choice for the modern FX DSLR world where aperture rings on lenses are non existent in G series) and having the option of using AP modes with matrix metering is preferred.

A: The Kenko Auto Extension Tubes are plastic with metal contacts.

Q: 10. Can I use these on my D750?

A: These do not work with the D750, the tubes would need to have Nikon F mount to work with the D750.
