Rosco Fluorescent Lighting Sleeves/Tube Guards are a very reliable and cost-effective system for easy control of tough lighting scenarios- especially under fluorescents. In addition to the financial benefits of the sleeves, they protect against the potential disaster of glass shattering by containing the lamp within the end caps.

Rosco sleeves are constructed of a solid polycarbonate tube within which is held the specific filter. The choice of filters and combination of filters is endless - there are complete Roscolux, Cinegel or E-Colour color filter lines - something for every venue, every photographer, every cinematographer.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this fit into a carry-on suitcase without a ball head?

A: It would probably not fit in the carry on, I would recommend checking it under the plane.

Q: 2. Does anyone know what the length is for the last leg extension? The one closest to the ground. Im trying to determine the tripod height if that leg extension is left in a retracted state.

A: I just measured it on mine. It is 17 1/2 inches.

Q: 3. I have a Nikon D5600 with an AF-P 18-55mm and an AF-P 70-300mm lens. Is this product comparable with my equipment? Thanks.

A: Although these extensions tubes will fit, autofocus is not guarantee with the AF-P series lenses on the D5600.

Q: 4. is this the apex versa version?

A: The TVC-24L MK2 is a versa apex, the TFC-24L Mk2 Tripod includes most of the features from the TVC-24L Mk2 but swaps out the versa apex for a fixed apex.

Q: 5. I just bought these tubes for my Nikon D7100. I cannot set the Aperture with these tubes. I'll adjust my camera to F/11 and the aperture remains wide open at F/3.5. You can see the aperture not move while you scroll the aperture adjustment wheel. Could it just be I have a defective set???

A: The aperture does not move when you scroll, it opens or closes only when a photo is taken. You may test this by setting the aperture first to f/22, which should give you a fairly dark image. Then, try setting the aperture to f/5.6, which should produce a much lighter image. Q: 6. What is the overall diameter when collapsed? I need to check compatibility with backpacks and carrying bags.

A: The diameter is slightly under 5''

Q: 7. Will think work with my Nikon Z7 mirrorless camera is I have the FTZ mount adaptor ?

A: Yes, it will work.

Q: 8. I do a lot of long exposure photography (i.e. 1 to 2 minutes) with a high megapixel full-frame camera. Would this tripod keep a 70-200mm lens absolutely steady in a moderate wind for long exposures, or should I get the 34L version for more stability?

A: Yes, the Really Right Stuff TVC-24L Series 2 Mk2 Carbon Fiber Tripod should be suitable for your usage needs. The flat pate on the top of the tripod has a hook on the bottom that would allow you to hang your tripod or other ballast such as a sandbag or other weight to increase stability if you will be shooting in windy conditions. You would still need to purchase a tripod head that is strong enough to support the weight of your camera/lens for your planned usage needs.

Q: 9. I know of Nikon F camera body mount but not Nikon F V2 mount. Please explain the difference, if any?

A: The V2 isn't referring to the F-mount, but the version of the extension tubes. The V2 (version 2) of the Nikon F-mount extension tubes seems to be a slightly newer design, and might potentially have slightly better electronics.

Q: 10. Do the legs open out to particular fixed positions and if so how many? ... e.g., three, four?

A: They open to three positions
