They do not have Nikon's 1 year warranty. At B&H refurbs are covered by a 90 B&H warranty, just like most of the used photo gear.

If you camera can focus at f/ 8, you are good. If you have one of these, you are set. Df, D4, D4S, D5, D500, D600, D610, D750, D800, D800E, D810, D850, D7100, D7200, D7500.

A: The Nikon CL-M2 Lens Case (Black) is designed to hold the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/4D IF-ED Lens which is 3.54 x 8.76" / 90 x 222.5 mm. The Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens is 3.76 x 7.99" / 95.5 x 203 mm. While we cannot test this combination, it is our opinion that there is no issue as to fitting.

A: If you use the Nikon 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED with the 1.7x teleconverter and D800E, you will not be able to retain autofocus, though this combination will fit.

Q: 10. Will this lens auto focus with D7000 using the TC14 E II teleconverter, D3S and D4S using the TC14E II and TC17E II?

A: When you put the TC-14E on the 80-400mm, on its long end, the maximum aperture loses one stop, i.e. it drops from f5.6 to f8. Technically, the D7000 and D3S can only auto focus with f5.6 or faster lenses so that they are not supposed to AF with a TC-14E on. In reality, when it is bright, AF will still work to some degree but not reliable.On the other hand, the D4S has some AF points that can work with f8 lenses so that such combination will AF. With a 1.7x TC, you lose 1.5 stops and you are pretty much out of luck.Of course, on the 80mm end, this zoom is faster, but there really is no point to use a TC on the 80mm end.
