With a Guide Number of 45.93', at full-power at ISO 100, you would be able to shoot at f/5.6 at about 8 feet for proper exposure, and at f/4 at about 11.5 feet from your subject. You may get more working range either by using a larger aperture or by using a higher ISO setting on your camera.
