On a recent trip I carried:* D750* Tamron 24-70 2.8 (similar size to 16-35?)* Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR II* Nikon 35mm 1.8G (a bit longer than the 50mm primes?)* my 13 MacBook Pro Retinaas well as an external hard drive, MacBook power supply, Giotto's Q Ball blower, lots of SD cards, a couple of filters, etc. A few notes:* When in the bag, the 24-70 was attached to the camera.* The D750 does not fit with the grip. I carried the grip in my carry-on and attached it at the destination.* It was easier to fit the 70-200 without the tripod foot.* Even though all the above fit, as others said earlier, the bag was maxed out and quite heavy and bulky (this was OK with me though).I didn't need to carry a Speedlight on that trip and I don't think it would fit in the bag. Having said that, you can maybe carry it in one of two the nets that are on either side of the bag (I usually keep there my noise canceling headphones and a book). A: I measured the removable camera insert and got about 9 h x 12 w x 5 d in inches. My dna 13 currently holds: 1 fuji xt2 w/ metal hand grip and 18-55 attatched, 35 f2, 55-200, and rain cover in the padded ICU. I fit the lenses in the bag standing up vertically, including the lens on the body. I can fit 1 more prime, 2 max if 1 of them is small like the my 35. With all that there is a rather small amount of space left for 1 more body, it would sit either on top or below the xt2. If I reconfigured the velcro pads, removed the 18-55 & strap from the body, and rain cover it would be easier to fit the extra body. However I would have a hard time finding space for a flash in the icu at this point. Its possible but it would also feel overstuffed and heavy. While I am a fan of the small size of the bag, my need for larger capacity becomes ever apparent the more gear is added to my collection. Hope this helps.
