A: All the parts is solid metal no aluminum or plastic parts. Very solid C-stand for the price hand down there is nothing close to. I have 2 stands with 2 Interfit S1 500 Ws Strobes the only downside is the weight & that's with any decent C-stand it can be a pain to move around if you shoot in remote location like me....
