Q: 1. Does this cameras use the default lens like Panasonic lumix lenses?

A: With few exceptions, each camera maker uses a proprietary lens mount that is incompatible with those of other brands, and also within a brand there may be more than one mount type. Panasonic and Olympus both use a micro four-thirds mount, which is (mostly, but not entirely) compatible between those two brands, but MFT lenses are not compatible in mount type with any Sony, Nikon, or Canon bodies. To further complicate things, most lenses for dSLRs and older film cameras can often (but not always!) be used successfully on many mirrorless cameras (such as those made by Sony, Panasonic, etc. - but sometimes excessive CA and other optical problems prevent this from being successful), and most Nikkors can also be used on Canon bodies with the use of appropriate adapters - BUT, most functions such as AF and in-lens stabilization will be lost. Specifically, I bought an a6000 body to use with about six adapted Nikkor lenses that work very well when adapted to my Panasonic MFT bodies, and found that none of them performed well on the a6000 (for excessive CA and edge-softness reasons), so I returned it. Otherwise, I liked the a6000...

Q: 3. How do you convert video footage shot at AVCHD @60fps to pro res 422?I tested multiple 3rd party paid converters online, but footage comes out pixelated, useless.

A: The only solution that 've found that produces excellent results is a paid 3rd party wondershare video converter, which Sony should bundle it in for all the Apple Mac users. There're a lot of converters out there, but wondershare seems the best so far.

Q: 4. Does this work for NTG2??

NTG2 Dimensions: ø: 0.87 x L: 11.02" / ø: 22 x L: 280 mm NTG3 Dimensions ø: 0.75 x L: 10.04" / ø: 19 x L: 255 mm This will fit the NTG2 nicely: Auray WSC-4014 Chinchilla Windshield (14 cm, Black) B&H # AUWSC401: https://bhpho.to/34pRgL0

Q: 9. how do I tell how much memory is left on my memory stick?

Q: 10. I wanted to know if the 16-50mm and 55-210mm lens systems are equivalent to 35mm? I am transitioning from 35mm film to digital and want to maintain the same look. Any camera suggestions would also help! I am considering Ricoh Gr II as well.

A: Sony A6000 has an APS-C senson and has a 1.5 crop.I havent used film, but personally found the mirrorless cameras better than the DSLRs due to the features such as focus peaking and overall ease of use
