A: The Tamron 28-75 has a 67mm filter thread. You would need a 67 to 82mm adapter to make the physical connection, B&H # SESUR6782. However you will be very limited to the focal range you can use the Anamorphot on a Full Frame camera, you would need to be shooting at 50mm of higher. We do not recommend zoom lenses like this for such adapters and how it will work is something you need to test out to see the results.

A: No, this is designed to work with lenses with a front element size of up to 65mm in diameter.
