I was looking at getting the Manfrotto Snap Tilthead bracket, but it's getting mixed reviews on how well it will hold a flash. What other umbrella bracket do you suggest that gives a secure hold? A: Hi Suzanne,I too looked at that head but found mixed reviews. The major issue I found from my reading was that the snap tilthead doesn't allow for locking of the flash in place. This is because of the 600ex's weather lock which the snap tilthead doesn't cater for. In the end I went with the following:- MA026 - Manfrotto Swivel Umbrella Adapter (Lite-Tite)MA143S - Flash Shoe for Magic ArmThat said I haven't used it yet because the Joe McNally softbox comes with the Ezybox Hot Shoe Mark II Bracket which is what I use to hold the flash in place.

Q: 2. Would this tripod bag hold 2-3 of the Manfrotto Alu-Ranker 9' light stands? The compact size of these stands is just under 42 , but I'm not sure if it can accommodate multiple stands. Thank you for any insight!

A: Lindsay, I'm not familiar with the stands but there was PLENTY of room in that bag for my tripod and Wimberly lens mount. Don't think you'll have much trouble fitting all in. Susan

Could you please confirm if 34 in length will fit and what the diameter of the rounded end is; is enough width to accommodate the Jobu Heavy Duty 3 Gimbal Head which is 10 wide? A: No problem I have my hold tripod with head attached and plenty of room to spear plus some background legs in bag far as spec of 34 . You get that plus a bit more when you position on and angle before zipping. The zipper is rough needs broken in its good n well padded I recommend.

A: The MBAG90PN bag carries my Manfrotto MT057C3 carbon tripod with 468MGRC2 ball head through wooded areas and construction sites comfortably while protecting the gear. The bag offers a pouch for addition accessories. Its a tough bag weathering the harsh environments I shoot. For me its worth the extra investment. While I cannot say whether or not it is the best bag available; I can say it is the best I know of. The bag is light weight and a much have for getting my gear out into the field.

A: I have similar configuration and there is no problem with the diameter of the bag and both units ride comfortably. I do rotate the ball head 90 degrees to get the right length. Really nice strong bag that will last a long time
