Q: 2. I can change the TV, AV, ISO on a Sony A7III as in the previous version and the ZPplay APP only works with the Transmount Image Transmitter accessory?

A: Unfortunately at this time, the Crane 3S does not support TV, AV, or ISO changes through the gimbal directly to a Sony A7 III camera, though this may be updated in the near future with a firmware update. It will support start and stop functions for the A7III. The Zhiyun Play app will work with the gimbal with or without the Image Transmitter Accessory, which is for wireless transmission of video to an external monitor.

Q: 3. Do this work with the weebill S?

A: This would not fit on the Weebill S, this is made to work with the Crane/Crane-M Gimbals.

Q: 4. Can it operate a Canon C200?

A: Yes it can. However we recommend removing as many of the attachments (LCD, side handle etc) as possible when mounting the C200 on this stabilizer.

Q: 5. Can you pull focus with the image system? And this kit come with wireless video RECIEVER?

A: You can pull focus with the Zhiyun-Tech TransMount Motion Sensor Remote Control. The Zhiyun-Tech Transmount Image Transmission Receiver is included.

Q: 6. While tightening the center screw to fasten the grip to the crane it snapped in half. I managed to get it out easily but I need to have the same screw to continue to use the dual grip. Where can I buy the replacement screws?

A: At this time we do not sell replacement parts for the Dual Handgrip for the Crane. More than likely you will need to reach out to Zhiyun directly for assistance.

Q: 7. Will this work with the Crane M3?

A: The Zhiyun Dual Handgrip for Crane/Crane-M Gimbals is only compatible with the Zhiyun Crane Plus gimbal.

Q: 8. Is the included transmitter the "AI" version?

A: The Zhiyun-Tech CRANE 3S PRO Handheld Stabilizer comes with the Transmount Image Transmitter.

A: This part is for the Crane and Crane-M models. It is not compatible with the Smooth-Q.
