A: The 11-20 would probably be better for indoor real estate shooting, as it is rectilinear, while the 10-17 is an actual fisheye lens.

A: The Tokina 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 AT-X 107 AF DX Fisheye Lens for Canon would not give a circular fisheye on a full frame. At 10mm the lens hood is visible in the image when used on a full frame camera. Once zoomed to 15mm the hood is no longer visible.
