A: The size of the opening allows one speedlite to be used. It is large enough to support any of the popular speedlite flash units on the market. The one exception is the Profoto A1, and we have a specific insert for that light.

A: No it will not work on the FJ200, Westcott is working on an adapter to make it fit. Will be available soon.

Q: 10. Does the bracket work with the flash head oriented vertically?

A: The Westcott Rapid Box Switch / Beauty Dish Switch Insert for Speedlites does have a way to rotate but it will not lock into a fixed 90° position. Also note that most flashes do not rotate that way when tied down via hot shoe except for certain Sony flashes.
