The black Porta-Brace SC-HPX370 for Panasonic AG-HPX370 is a custom-fit, padded, protective cover made using a water-resistant, highly abrasive-resistant, soft-feel fabric. The cover protects your camcorder from bumps, hits and scratches. It also reduces the risk of camcorder damage due to precipitation, dust, and other harsh conditions. The back end is expandable to accommodate various sized batteries and wireless microphone combinations.

The camera cover includes a reversible, pull-out Rain Top that's white (reflective) on one side for shooting in the hot sun and black on the other side for protection against rain and dust. The padded interior of the CBA is lined with breathable Leno Mesh to maximize airflow between the cover and camera.

A: The Panasonic AG-CX350 4K Camcorder can output up to 1080 via NDI|HX.

Q: 6. Will this fit a Panasonic HPX 170?

A: The manufacturer recommends this one AG-HPX170. I would say that while it is more expensive, it will work where as the QS-M4 will probably not fit well.

Q: 7. Can you view the LCD screen through the rain cover? B&H product description says you can see the LCD screen through the cover, but photos seem like you wouldn't be able to extend/deploy the screen inside the cover. In fact, the product page on the Portabrace site says only "Large, clear Vinyl window to view controls", with no mention of viewing the LCD screen.

A: Yes. The following screen can be used and viewed. The screen must be flipped into camera body in order to use when rain jacket has been deployed.

Q: 8. Is there an instruction manual to put it on? So confused.

A: No instruction manual that we know of, but if you follow the images you should be able to figure out the way it fits around the camera.

A: The frame is semi-rigid The exterior dimensions are 23.0 x 10.0 x 10.5" / 58.42 x 25.40 x 26.67 cm

Q: 10. How well does the CX350 match the HC-X1 or UX180 in multicam shoot?

A: Matching the Panasonic CX350 to the HC-X1 should be fairly easy. I recommend checking your camera settings to ensure both cameras are shooting in similar formats and color spaces.

as a freelance sports videographer I often find myself shooting outside in not so ideal weather. I also shoot a fishing show on the beach and find this product protects my camera quite well from sand and wind. it goes on in seconds and keeps my camera dry why shooting in the rain. the big plastic window allows me to see all my controls while shooting. i would deff recommend this product. for cost effective rain/wind protection. 5

This cover is excellent. I film action sports and often times I am out in snow while it is dumping powder... like this day @ The Porta Brace is light enough to carry in my backpack out in the woods and is super quick to put onto my camera (I use it with a Panasonic HPX-170). Its definitely worth purchasing because you never know when the weather will take a turn for the worse! 5

The rain cover works great. A bit difficult to see the LCD but the rain cover works great! Price is OK could a bit lower but nonetheless everythign OK 5

I received this free with my Porta Brace backpack but even if i hadn't i would have bought this rain cover anyway. A priceless accessory to protect an expensive camera. I am using it on the Panasonic HMC-150 but it will work on many different similar size cameras. 5
