A: I don't use mine 8 hours a day but I do use it many times every week. I've had mine over a year and had no problems with it other than nibs wearing down, but I expected that. I use mine with Photoshop.

A: All the software you need is included. They do have a separate kit which is the Paper edition, which includes the Paper Clip, Finetip Pen, and paper. You can find it on our website by searching for B&H # WAIPMP. This would be more cost effective because it includes all the accessories you need to use the paper function in the box. The sketches can be downloaded and edited in the computer, they are transferred in raster or vector formats so you can edit them in your favorite software.
