A: The tender concentrates the light into a tight spot. Only long lens would have frame filled completely by it. For wider flash coverages use built in diffuser on the flash. If you need more light to cover a wide field you have to get a more powerful flash. If you're very patient and the subject doesn't move or change you can blend multiple exposures and aim the flash at different areas as you shoot. Blend mode should be bright not additive

A: No, it is not. The above are not color correction gels; they are effect gels and are not designed to correct color temperature.
