To avoid app connection issues start by installing the Syrp app, the one with the teal Icon and Syrp name on it. Then upgrade firmware for your device in there first. With the latest firmware on your device you can then later connect it to Manfrotto motion app without issues." I checked the iOS App Store, and both of the referenced apps are available. For example Syrp Genie Micro allows ramping the exposure during time lapse, so if the sun is setting you can for example in the beginning of the exposure have shorter shutter speeds and as the sun goes down you have longer shutter speeds. It also allows you to control multiple cameras at once.
