A: I just bought this product. It does come with the inner diffuser sheet that you can velcro on the inside. Everything is removable because it doesn't come set up. You put everything together (including installation of the rods into the bowens ring). If you want a easy set-up octo, this may not be the one for you as it does require a little bit of time to assemble and disassemble.
