A: Yes, however note that it would not be compatible with the radio transmissions form the 600EX RT. The 600EX RT flash in this instance would need to be set to be used as an optical/Infrared transmitter in order to trigger this flash wirelessly.

A: The WR10/WRT10/WRa10 will not help any flash other than the SB5000. It acts as a radio transmitter to communicate with the SB5000 only and only on the D5 and D500. This flash, the Bolt 560N is an infrared wireless flash. It will need either another flash that has wireless TTL master capability or an infrared transmitter such as Vello FWIRC-N to trigger it. Alternatively, you can use an external radio trigger system with a transmitter on camera and a receiver underneath the flash.
